Revenue Analyst
Prior to joining the Revenue Matters team in June 2011, Lisa spent four years at Wild Dunes Resort in many roles including Reservations Manager. In this capacity, Lisa was responsible for direct bookings at the 325-unit resort property, in addition to maintaining appropriate staffing levels, training, forecasting, and managing all aspects of the property management system. As a key member of our analyst team, Lisa helped to roll out Revenue Matters’ interactive analytics platform, MAX, while working closely with the developers and the Directors of Revenue Strategy to ensure ease of use and accuracy of data. She is responsible for assisting the directors in the weekly pace updates, rate/restriction changes in various property management systems, as well as building and mapping of rate plans, packages, and content in distribution channels. Lisa is an expert in numerous systems including SynXis CRS, iHotelier CRS, Opera PMS, WebRezPro PMS, StayInTouch PMS, InnRoad PMS, Maestro PMS, IDeaS RMS, OTA Insight and Travel, and all third-party extranets (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Inntopia).
