To get the most out of AI, start by asking yourself: What do I want AI to help me with? This could involve automating tasks such as email management or scheduling, making smarter decisions using data, boosting creativity in writing or design, or enhancing productivity and efficiency. AI can also help you quickly learn or summarize new information.

Next, bring AI into your everyday work. Use tools like ChatGPT to research, draft content, or brainstorm ideas. Automate repetitive tasks to save time. Add AI chatbots for 24/7 customer support or utilize AI within your CRM or project tools to receive helpful suggestions and insights.

It’s also essential to understand how AI works. You don’t need to be an expert, but learning how to give clear instructions (called “prompt engineering”) helps a lot. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools in your field to avoid being left behind.
