Stephanie Walsh, Director of Revenue Strategies
Before joining the Revenue Matters team in April 2021, Stephanie spent more than twenty years in the hospitality industry, having worked with brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood, and many boutique hotels. Stephanie has had many successes throughout the years including “Revenue Leader of the Year” for Renaissance Hotels, and “Opening Revenue Leader of the Year” for John Q. Hammons hotels. Her greatest strengths are creativity, innovation, team building, and determination. Her experience in all types of markets, such as airports, highly seasonal, suburban, resort, and major markets, keeps her mind open to fresh and innovative new ideas. Stephanie also has years of experience in operations and sales which gives her a true understanding of the strategic business needs of a property.
Amna Hussain, Revenue Analyst
Prior to joining the Revenue Matters team in May 2021, Amna worked in operations for multiple branded properties including Marriott, Hilton and Drury. She spent two years at Grandover Resort in North Carolina in the roles of Reservations Supervisor and Revenue and Reservations Manager. There, she strategized to optimize room revenue for transient reservations and assisted the sales department with group pricing, in addition to managing all distribution channels. She is an expert in the SynXis central reservations system and several property management systems.
Jeanni Seeto, Director of Revenue Strategies
Prior to joining Revenue Matters in June 2021, Jeanni spent over 30 years working with Luxury, Boutique & Resort properties. Jeanni brings her extensive experience in Contact Center Management, Quality Assurance, New Property Integration, Operations, and, of course, Revenue Management to bear for her clients, generating relevant and robust strategies that represent a global awareness. An expert in numerous hospitality systems, Jeanni’s goal is to always be at the forefront of emerging technologies and to develop best practices for her properties to take capitalize on opportunities as they emerge.
